Cranberry Bun

Prepare the ingredients for use, and the yeast + warm water will melt.

Flour + milk powder + sugar and mix well.

Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir.

Knead the dough smoothly and let it rise in a warm place.

The fermented dough is kneaded smoothly, and 1/3 of the dough is divided into small portions.

Wrap 2/3 of the dough with cranberries, roll out into a rectangular shape, brush the surface with a layer of oil, and cut into thick strips.

Roll the small dose into a dough sheet and wrap it in cranberry strips.

Put it in a steamer covered with greased paper and ferment for another 20 minutes.
