Seafood is the most common life on the beach, so you can be regarded as going to the countryside to do what you like! Today I deliberately used this little red fruit as a favorite of seaside people, and deliberately added cranberries to make this dish more flavorful.

Ingredients

Cranberry Cream Baked Oysters

1. Chop dried cranberries, chopped butter, chopped coriander, chopped garlic

2. Scrub the oysters

3. Put the steamer on high heat and steam the opening, take it out and open it, you can also buy a single slice of oysters that have opened

4. Also chop the butter. Sprinkle the cranberries, coriander, and garlic on the oysters in turn

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, the upper and lower heat of the middle layer, about 5 minutes

6. Finished picture

7. Every time a photo is taken, there is always a baby by the side "add oil and vinegar" haha

8. Finished picture

Tips:

1. If the oysters are raw singly, the baking temperature should be lowered appropriately and the time should be lengthened.
2. There is no need to add salt in the seafood itself. If the taste is heavy, add salt and appropriate chili powder.
