Cranberry Milk Toast

1. Put the middle ingredients in the bread machine, 120 grams of high-gluten flour, 4 grams of yeast, and 100 grams of milk

2. Fermentation is 2.5 times larger and looks a bit like a honeycomb

3. Rotate the bread machine to let the middle kind of material exhaust gas, and then add other main ingredients (except butter and cranberry) after stopping

4. Mix the dough ingredients evenly, add butter, and mix until the film is released

5. The dough is fermented 2.5 times larger and sprinkled with cranberries soaked in wine

6. Stir the cranberries into the dough and let stand for 30 minutes

7. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts

8. Take a dough and roll it into a big round sheet

9. Overlap

10. Roll again

11. Roll up

12. The dough is placed in the toast mold

13. Fermented to 9 minutes full, coated with egg liquid on the surface

14. Put it in a 180 degree oven

15. Bake for about 40 minutes

16. Read out and let cool, ready to eat
