Cranberry Mochi Buns

Mix mochi mixed powder, egg liquid, and milk, and knead evenly.

After the dough becomes elastic after repeated kneading, add the softened butter and continue to knead evenly.

Sprinkle in chopped cranberries and knead well.

Divide the dough into 20 grams each and place it on the baking tray.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down 170 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes.

After baking, put it in the oven and simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out.
Tips:
Mochi dough is wet and sticky, so be sure to wear gloves when kneading.
Cranberries can be left alone or replaced with sesame seeds.
