Cranberry Scam

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve.

Add the softened butter and caster sugar.

Knead the butter and flour with your hands.

Pour the egg mixture.

Pour the milk (the yogurt I used when there is no milk) and mix it with a spatula to form a dough.
7.
Pour in dried cranberries and mix well.
8.
Use a rolling pin to roll into a medium-thick slice.
9.
I cut a round mold into 15 slices.
10.
Drain into a non-stick square dish and brush a layer of egg liquid on top.
11.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake it for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
1 Choose baking powder without aluminum.
2 In addition to cranberries, you can also make raisins or other flavors.
3 If you like cranberries, you can add more, but the edges will be irregular when you use a round die. If you want to have less neat cranberries, or squash it with your hands.
