Cranberry Two-color Bread
1.
Put water, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter, eggs, high-gluten flour, and yeast into the bread bucket

Select the bread machine and noodles menu and adjust the time to 20 minutes.

Divide the mixed dough into 2 equal parts, take 1 part and add cocoa powder for 5 minutes.

Add another portion of cranberries and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Put the two doughs into the bread bucket and separate the fermentation with a piece of oil paper (15-20 minutes in summer, 25-30 minutes in winter)
6.
Take out the dough, vent the cranberry dough and round it.
7.
Roll out the chocolate dough to a full length and place the cranberry dough in the center.
8.
Roll up the dough and shrink it.
9.
Put it in the bread bucket, select the bread machine fermentation menu, and adjust the time to 50 minutes.
10.
After the bread is fermented, select the baking menu and adjust the time to 33 minutes.
