Crayfish on Ice

Wash the lobster, use a brush to clean the head of the lobster abdomen

Fill the pot with water, add ginger, garlic, sugar, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence

Stir well and add the lobster. Note: the fresh crayfish are put directly into the pot

After boiling, cook for 15 minutes, then it can be out of the pot

Tips:
The crayfish is big and must be clean so that it won’t be fishy
