Cream Cheese Pie

Put all the ingredients of the pie crust into a basin and stir evenly with a spatula, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then make the pie filling, first put the cream cheese and powdered sugar in an impermeable steel basin and use a hand whisk to mix well, then add the yogurt and mix well.

Add eggs and mix well.

Sift the cornstarch and add it to Tepai and stir evenly.

Take the pie crust out of the refrigerator and place it in a 9-inch pizza mold.

Use your hands to squeeze it to be as high as it is wide.
7.
Pour the cheese paste into the pie crust.

Cut the Hei Bulin into slices.

Place it on the surface.

Put it into the oven and bake, the upper tube is 160, the lower tube is 190, and the time is 35-40 minutes.
Tips:
You can choose different flavors of fruits, but I prefer Hei Bulin! It is recommended to use a large oven that can independently control the temperature up and down. I use Dongling’s new oven DL-K38B!
