Cream Cheese Toast
1.
Prepare the main ingredients
2.
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, put it in the mixing bucket of the bread machine with milk and eggs. Put in other ingredients except butter. Start the kneading program for 15 minutes, and pause after 15 minutes
3.
After opening the kneading program for 15 minutes, put the butter in the bread bucket, and then start the kneading program for 15 minutes
4.
After 15 minutes, round the dough, put it in a bowl, cover, and ferment at room temperature (cover with plastic wrap, ferment at room temperature)
5.
The dough has doubled, and check it: after your fingers are dipped in powder and poke holes, the dough does not collapse and the filling does not show that the fermentation is complete, otherwise, the fermentation time needs to be extended
6.
Divide the fermented dough into 3 portions, knead round and cover with plastic wrap to wake up for 15 minutes
7.
Roll the dough twice into a tube shape, and do the same for all three doughs
8.
Place the dough equidistantly in the mold
9.
The oven starts the fermentation process, put the baking tray in the oven, and put a cup of freshly boiled water into the oven (to maintain the humidity of the bread). The fermentation process is about 30~60 minutes! Or in a warm and humid place (temperature 38 degrees, temperature about 80%) for the second fermentation; the dough is about 80% full of the mold, and the dough can be baked after being slightly elastic when pressed by the fingers.
10.
Heat the oven up and down. After preheating at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put the bread mold in the oven for 30 minutes. Cover the top with tin foil in time
11.
After baking, take it out of the oven, raise the toast mold by 20cm, and drop it twice in a free fall to release the mold easily! Remove the mold immediately after it is out of the oven, and dissipate heat on the drying rack. The bread will rise relatively high. It is best to put it on its side for a while after taking it out to avoid concave waist.
Tips:
After the top of the toast is colored, please cover it with tin foil in time to avoid over-coloring the toast!
