Creamy Crisp Bars

Cut the butter into small pieces after softening at room temperature

Add milk powder and beat well

Pour in condensed milk

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix it with a spatula and knead it into a dough

Roll into a 0.3cm thick dough sheet

Cut off the irregular four sides and trim it into a rectangle

Cut into thin strips with a knife

Cut all in order

Put it into the baking tray, put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes
Tips:
①Condensed milk itself is already very sweet, so no need to add sugar
②Do not knead the dough excessively, kneading too long will reduce the crispness of the biscuits
