Creamy Jam Shortbread

Prepare materials.

After the butter has softened, add in sugar and salt.

Beat with a whisk until the volume is loose, add the whole egg liquid.

Whisk evenly to form a bulky and light mixture.

Mix the flour and milk powder and sift into the butter paste.

Stir evenly with a rubber spatula to completely mix the powder and butter.

Divide the batter into small portions by hand and roll into small balls.

Use your finger to press down from the center of the small ball, flatten the small ball while leaving a small pit in the center of the small ball.

Squeeze the jam in the small pit, put the baking tray into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180℃, and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
Tips:
After adding the flour and mixing well, the dough is relatively moist, so that it won't be so dry and cracked after baking. The baking time varies according to the actual situation of the oven and the size of the biscuits.
