Creamy Jam Shortbread

Prepare materials

After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and salt, and beat until the volume is puffy

Add the whole egg mixture and beat evenly

Mix the flour and milk powder and sift into the butter paste

Stir it into a moist batter

Divide the batter into small portions by hand and knead into balls

Use your finger to press a small hole on the ball

I use strawberry jam, but I can change it to my favorite jam flavor

Use a small spoon to pour the jam into the small pit, preheat the oven up and down to 160 degrees, put it in the middle of the oven, bake for 15 minutes, and the surface will be golden.
