The purpose of making this mashed potato is to consume the lightly opened cream! Originally wanted to make potato yam mash, but after it was cooked, someone was silently eating it. Then just make simple mashed potatoes. There are children at home, it’s great to make this one~~

Creamy Mashed Potatoes

1. Preparation materials: potatoes, rock sugar, pure milk, light cream, almond wood

2. Rock sugar is ground into rock sugar powder, almond wood peeled

3. Mash the almond wood into granules for later use

4. Potatoes cooked in a pot

5. Dry the cooked potatoes until they are not hot and peel them

6. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag, and roll it into puree with the help of a rolling pin

7. Put the mashed potatoes into a large bowl. Roll it again with a spoon to make it as fine as possible without particles

8. Add appropriate amount of milk, stir well

9. Add some whipped cream and stir well

10. Finally add rock sugar powder

11. Stir thoroughly

12. Put the well-mixed mashed potatoes into the piping bag

13. Extrude the shape you like in the plate

14. Finally sprinkle battan wood pellets

Tips:

1. You can also squeeze the pattern without the piping tape, just dig and eat directly;
2. Almond wood grains can be replaced with any material you like, such as crushed peanuts and various jams.
