Creamy Mushroom Bacon Pasta

Mince garlic.

Mushroom bacon slices.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic for 10 seconds and then stir-fry the bacon. After two minutes, add the mushrooms and reduce the heat.

Stir-fry the mushrooms for two minutes, then add light cream when they are soft.

In another pot, add the pasta after the water is boiled, add some salt, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.

The cream is thick enough to hang on the bacon mushrooms, then turn off the heat and stir with the cooked pasta. Stir evenly, add some salt, black pepper and chopped basil to taste.
