Creamy Popcorn

Wash the corn kernels and dry them to pick out the broken ones. Prepare the butter and icing sugar

Heat in a non-stick pan over low heat and add butter

Low heat to melt the butter

Turn off the heat, pour in the corn kernels and stir fry evenly

Close the lid and continue to turn on a small fire

You can see that the corn is starting to pop

Wait until the corn is almost finished

Open the lid and sprinkle in the powdered sugar and quickly turn it evenly

Take it out and put it in a ventilated basket to cool and you can eat it
Tips:
Homemade popcorn is best to use a non-stick pan and white sugar is best to be ground into powdered sugar with a cooking machine. It is easier to melt the endless popcorn and put it in a fresh-keeping bag and seal it for storage. The taste is still crispy.
