Creamy Vegetable Cookies

The butter softens at room temperature.

Cut carrots into small cubes and set aside.

Add the softened butter with powdered sugar and sugar until it is smooth and whitish.

Add milk and beat well.

Add egg mixture and beat well.

Add the diced carrots and mix well.

Sift in the low-powder and stir evenly, and put it into the shape you like and put it in the refrigerator until the dough becomes hard and easy to slice.

Slice the refrigerated dough. (I cut two kinds of rectangle and square)

Place the cut biscuits into the baking tray, leaving a gap in the middle. Put it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
