Tips for GODOFMERCY Moses Food Workshop:
1. Grasp the amount of afternoon tea and dinner, allocate half of the dinner to afternoon tea, and take appropriate activities after dinner; it is good for digestion and absorption of the digestive tract, and reduces the burden on the digestive tract without obesity.
2. The butter must be melted. If there is no butter, you can also use salad oil and coconut oil. But you need to melt the fat before you can add it.
3. Afternoon tea is different from snacking. After eating snacks, the calories will be stored in the body, and afternoon tea, like other meals, a considerable part of the calories is used for the body to consume.
4. When the waffle baking time is halfway through, it is better to turn on the oven more diligently and change the side close to the inside of the oven to the opposite position. I didn't change it, so the color is a bit darker, but it doesn't affect the taste.
