Creative Fried Rice

A bowl of leftover rice, peeled and chopped cucumber, egg ready

Put oil in the pan to heat up, beat in the eggs and stir fry

Pour in the leftover rice and stir fry evenly

Stir-fry the leftover rice and add some salt

Continue to stir fry for a while, pour in the cut cucumber
6.
Stir fry for a while, add soy sauce to the cucumber segments
7.
Continue to stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat
8.
Put the rice in a bowl, buckle upside down on the plate, roll up the tomato skin and decorate with coriander leaves

The leftover rice was fried overnight and it was delicious
