Weigh all the materials and pour them into the inner tube of the bread machine.

Select the "kneading noodles" work file and kneading the noodles for 15 minutes.

Stop the kneading process and transfer to the fermentation stall for basic fermentation.

The dough is fermented to twice its original size, and the dough is gently squeezed to remove air bubbles.

Use a rolling pin to roll into 5 cm X 30 cm dough pieces, and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
