Crisp and Strong Rosin---ham and Cheese Biscuits

After the butter has softened at room temperature, it will be sent, the color will lighten and the volume will become creamy.

Add powdered sugar and salt to the whipped butter and mix well.

Add egg yolk in portions and stir well.

Mix and sift in golden cheese powder and low-gluten flour.

Add crushed black pepper, crushed herbs, and crushed ham, and squeeze the dough from the inside out to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Grab the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Take out the dough, divide it into small pieces, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking tray; use a fork to press the dough twice and flatten it.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes before it is out of the oven.
Tips:
1. Although it is a salty biscuits, a small amount of powdered sugar must be added, otherwise the taste will be weak.
2. If you don't have ham, you can use shredded bacon instead.
3. You can use dried herbs instead of fresh thyme and rosemary.
