Crispy and Crispy Pickled Kidney Kidney

Cut kidney flowers into slices, add soy flour, ginger slices, and cooking wine, stir well and set aside.

Wash celery and cut into sections.

Pickled ginger, minced pepper, mince garlic.

Heat the oil, add pickled peppers, pickled ginger, peppercorns and red 99 hot pot seasoning to sauté until fragrant, add garlic and dried chilies.

Pour into the kidneys over high heat, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and sugar and stir-fry until the kidneys change color.
6.
Add celery and stir fry over high heat to start the pan.
Tips:
For the kidneys, add more cooking wine and soy flour to taste.
