Crispy and Delicious Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare the ingredients and have a few chicken wings (because I didn’t dare to do more for the first time, I only made four chicken wings),
A small packet of salt and pepper powder (bought in the supermarket).
2.
Wash the chicken wings and make a knife or two on the front and back. (The knife is used to make the stain more delicious).
3.
According to the amount of chicken wings, pour salt and pepper powder as appropriate. (I used half a packet of salt powder for the four chicken wings).
4.
After pouring in the salt and pepper powder, rub it with your hands to make the chicken wings evenly mixed with the salt and pepper powder, and then submerge the chicken wings for more than 1 hour. (If the weather is hot, it can be stored in the refrigerator for flooding).
5.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a little cooking oil evenly on the baking tray.
Arrange the submerged chicken wings on a baking tray, and spray a little cooking oil on the surface of the chicken wings.
Put the chicken wings into the oven.
6.
Take out the chicken wings after baking for 10 minutes and turn them over.
7.
After turning over, bake the chicken wings for another 8 minutes and then take it out. (If you prefer a crispier skin on the chicken wings, you can turn off the heat and leave the chicken wings in the oven for five minutes before taking them out).
8.
The savory salt and pepper chicken wings are ready! Now install it.
Tips:
1. The amount of salt and pepper powder depends on the amount of chicken wings. You can apply salt and pepper powder while applying the chicken wings, as long as all sides of the chicken wings can be smeared with salt and pepper powder.
2. The salt and pepper powder I use contains chili powder, so the chicken wings have a little spicy taste. If the salt and pepper powder does not contain chili powder, and if you like it slightly spicy, you can sprinkle some chili powder when it is submerged.
