Crispy and Pleasant Earl Grey Tea Biscuits

The butter is softened at room temperature and sent evenly at low speed.

Add the powdered sugar in three times and beat until fluffy.

Whipped butter is very delicate, whitish and feathery.

Sift in low-gluten flour, salt, earl grey tea, and stir from bottom to top with a spatula, and mix well.
You can put on disposable gloves and knead it into a ball when forming fast.
