The bananas at home are all ripe. If you use bananas that are not ripe, there will be no dark core in the finished product. The dark core is just a ripe banana with a good taste.

Cut them into thin slices, and cut them a little bit thinner. If they are thicker, they won’t be brittle. They don’t need to be too thin, about 3 mm.

If this step is to cut with an ordinary knife, we all know that the cross section of the banana will quickly oxidize and turn yellow. I used a Nai porcelain knife, which is a complex single-edge process and nano-grade material. The cut food does not oxidize, especially Foods that are easily oxidized can also be kept until air-dried without being oxidized. Therefore, if you cut with an ordinary knife, prepare a bowl of lemonade at this step. Mix the lemon juice with water and brush it on the banana slices to prevent oxidation.

The left side is cut with a Nai porcelain knife, the cross section is smooth and flat like a mirror, and there is no sign of oxidation. The right side is cut with an ordinary knife, the cross section is not particularly flat, and everything comes out with signs of oxidation.

After standing for about half an hour, the left side is still smooth and non-oxidized, and the right side has obviously begun to turn yellow. So later, I cut them all with a porcelain knife, so that the nutrition of the food is not lost, and it is more hygienic.

At this time, the first sliced banana slice has been aired for more than half an hour, and it is still very clean and not oxidized.

The air oven is preheated to 180 degrees, because I want to put 4 layers in, and the oven will cool down quickly if the oven is turned on for a long time. If the grid spacing is too large, you can place the baking tray like me to prevent the ingredients from falling out.

After the ingredients are put into the oven, set 120 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, then 100 degrees for 40 minutes. For ordinary ovens, please select the hot air circulation mode to bake.
