Crispy Banana Chips

                                Prepare two bananas (slightly firmer, too soft to cut into shape)

                                Peel the banana peel.

                                Cut the bananas into 3 mm thick slices and place them on a non-stick baking sheet.

                                Sprinkle a little sugar on each banana slice. (Don’t put too much, just a little bit)

                                Place the baking pan in the middle of the oven and heat up and down at 100°C for about 40 minutes. The moisture of the baked banana slices will evaporate and become thinner.

                                Take out the banana slices and place them on the grill. Continue to bake the middle layer for about 20 minutes.
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                1. Choose non-stick bakeware, if it is not non-stick, put greased paper on it.
 2. Adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven, and observe more at the later stage of baking to prevent the banana slices from baking.
