Crispy Bean Paste Wanton

Ingredients: Wonton skin, bean paste filling

Take two pieces of wonton wrappers and place them on top of each other in a staggered manner, and put in an appropriate amount of bean paste.

Pull up the wonton wrappers

Pinch the mouth tightly on the upper part of the dough

Put the oil in the wok and put it on the fire, burn it to 50% heat, put in the prepared bean paste for siu mai, and fry on low heat until golden brown.

Use leftover wonton skin to make this small dessert, it is really crispy.
