Wonton Noodles

1. Hang up the broth in advance, [there is no substitute with water]

2. Prepare all ingredients.

3. Add light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, green onion, and ginger to the minced meat.

4. Take a wonton wrapper and put it in the filling.

5. Wrap into wontons according to your own preference.

6. Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, add Arowana and Owheat noodles with fresh eggs.

7. Cook the noodles over medium heat.

8. Scoop into the bowl.

9. Swallow the clouds and cook them

10. Drain into a bowl with dried noodles.

11. Bring the broth to a boil and pour it over the wonton noodles.

12. Season with salt and chicken essence, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

If there is no broth, you can replace it with water. I used the delicate, smooth and springy Arowana Aumai Golden Egg Noodles. You can change it according to your preference.
