Crispy Cereal Squid Rings

Prepare materials and weight

After the squid ring is thawed, the purple skin is torn off

Marinate squid rings with salt, pepper and ginger powder for 15 minutes

The squid rings are first coated with a layer of cornstarch

Coat a layer of egg liquid

Finally, wrap it with a layer of instant oatmeal

All the squid rings are coated with oatmeal and ready to be fried

Heat the oil pan on a high fire. When there are small bubbles on the chopsticks, you can start to fry the squid rings.

Put the squid rings in the oil pan and turn to medium heat

When the squid rings are fried to the oil surface, turn to high heat and fry for another minute

Fry the squid rings until golden brown, remove and drain the oil

Served with sweet mustard sauce, it's delicious and won't feel spicy
Tips:
1. Instant cereals can be replaced with bread crumbs
2. The oil for fried squid rings is heated to 7 minutes hot, bubbling around the chopsticks can be used
3. The sauce with squid rings can be changed to any flavor you like
