Crispy Chicken Wings

Prepare ingredients: chicken wings, fried chicken powder, green onion, ginger and garlic

Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on the back of each chicken wing to the bone.

Put the cut chicken wings into a container, add 15 grams of fried chicken powder, minced green onion, ginger and garlic, and a teaspoon of cooking wine

Grab it with your hands and pickle for more than 1 hour

Add 20 grams of fried chicken powder to the flour, mix well, and evenly coat the marinated chicken wings.

Dip the floured chicken wings quickly in water

Then wrap the water-soaked chicken wings with flour and rub them into fish scales by hand.

Heat oil in a pan, fry over medium-low heat until it is colored, remove, turn to high heat and add chicken wings again and fry until the skin is crispy.

Tips:
If you have time, you can extend the marinating time, which will make it more delicious.
