Crispy Cucumber Roll-chic Cold Combination
1.
Ingredients: 500 grams of cucumber, sesame oil, appropriate amount of refined salt, 1 red pepper.
2.
Wash the cucumber, cut off the top knife at both ends and cut into 5 cm long sections.
3.
Cut the cucumber into sections with a toothpick to pierce a few holes for the salty taste. Put the cucumber sections in a container and marinate for 10 minutes. Wash off the salt with cold water.
4.
The fruit knife cuts a cutting edge along the edge of the cucumber section with the hob.
5.
Then turn around the knife and cut into cucumber rings. The cucumber flesh and seeds in the middle should be removed to ensure that the cucumber is crispy after marinating (a narrower knife is easier to operate).
6.
Put the cut cucumber rings into a container, add a teaspoon of salt, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for more than 15 minutes.
7.
Decant the juice and add a little sesame oil to enhance the flavor, shake and mix well
8.
Place the chopsticks on the plate one by one and decorate the plate with red pepper rings.
Tips:
1. Choose older cucumbers and remove cucumber flesh and seeds with a hob to keep the cucumber crisp and refreshing.
2. Toothpicks pierced the small holes to reduce the pickling time and chilling also increase the crispness.
