Crispy Cucumber Slices with Fruit Vinegar

Rinse the cucumber skin, sprinkle with salt, and rub it twice with your hands

Rinse it well, and then wash it with cold boiled water once more

Do not cut off the head and tail, insert the spiral knife into the middle position

Turn the spiral knife until the spiral part is completely inserted into the cucumber

Fix the handle of the spiral knife with your right hand, and keep turning the cucumber slowly with your left hand to cut cucumber slices with the same thickness, and they are connected together.
