Crispy Cucumber with Sauce

Prepare a bottle of your favorite sauce, the cucumber is a bit wilted, a few cloves of garlic

Cut the cucumber horizontally into round slices, don’t need to be too thin, about 3mm thickness is fine

Put half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of sugar into the cucumber slices, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

After marinating, gently remove the moisture

Put a little oil on the frying spoon, add the garlic slices into the oil and fry until the edges turn yellow

Put a tablespoon of sauce and saute until fragrant

Pour the cucumber slices

Add a spoonful of spicy oil
9.
Stir-fry quickly
Tips:
I used spicy oil in the later stage, so I put a little oil in the early stage.
You can use a few small tree peppers, add a little more vegetable oil, and fry the peppers with oil in advance.
Do not add too much salt to the pickled cucumbers, so that the sauce will be too salty in the later stage.
