Crispy Dipped Tofu

Soak the tofu in boiling water for about 10 minutes. (Add a little salt to the boiling water)

Chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic separately, cut the millet pepper into small circles, and cut the leeks into small pieces.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and millet pepper to stir-fry for a good aroma.

Add a small bowl of water, add the light soy sauce and sugar to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for a while.

Drain the tofu and cut into small pieces.

Tips:
Do not cut the tofu too thick or too thin. If it is thin, it will be too hard and thick.
