Crispy Egg Rolls

Ingredients: 35 grams of powdered sugar, 50 grams of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder, 25 grams of egg liquid, 25 grams of egg white, 30 grams of low-gluten flour

Tips:
When baking the first one, the temperature of the egg roll mold is low and the time will be a little longer. It's quick to bake until later, basically one can be baked in 2 or 3 minutes.
When roasting, roast one side first, then turn it over and roast the other side.
