The last French fries, this is what our children liked to eat when they were young. At that time they called to go to M or K’s house, but worried that the fried food would not be good for the children’s growth. Now, I only have an air fryer at home, and occasionally I can get a portion for the children, which is simple and healthy without sacrificing deliciousness.

Crispy French Fries

1. Cut the potatoes into strips and wash off the starch with water

2. Put it in the pot and cook

3. Scoop it up (don’t boil it, just cook it) and let it cool and drain

4. Melted butter

5. Put the cold potato strips in and mix well

6. Mix the flour and frying powder

7. Put the buttered potato strips into the flour and lightly dip it

8. Put it into the preheated air fryer

9. 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, open and shake halfway to make the color evenly

Tips:

Little reminder:
The potato starch must be rinsed with clean water. It is also very good to prevent it from being battered during the baking process. It is also very good to directly wrap it in yellow and fry. It is not necessary to choose flour, so please decide according to your own taste
