Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Prepare the chicken wings and bread.

Wash chicken wings and soak them in bleeding water.

Drain the water and add 2 tablespoons of marinated meat powder, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Take a small amount of flour according to the water-to-surface ratio of 2; 1 and stir into a batter.

Dip the chicken wings in the batter.

Put it in the dry breading powder.

Cover the chicken wings with fried powder and shake off the excess powder. Repeat several times.

Deep-fried chicken wings on medium heat.

Remove and fry until golden.
