Crispy Fried Fresh Milk
1.
250 ml milk, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 40 grams of sugar, mix well
2.
Put it in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, and stir while heating until the starch gelatinizes to form a thick milk paste
3.
Put it in the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour
4.
Buckle it out of the box (I didn't take anti-sticking measures, and put it directly in the plastic box without sticking)
5.
Cut into small pieces (it's better to cut with a knife soaked in water when cutting)
6.
Each piece of milk is evenly patted with dry starch for later use
7.
3/4 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and milk to make a thick batter
8.
The milk cubes are wrapped in batter and fried in the pan until golden on both sides
9.
Remove the oil control and sprinkle with cheese powder
