Crispy Fried Peanuts

Prepare peanuts and an egg

Pour some salt into the sweet potato starch

Beat an egg in the peanuts, 2 tablespoons of bean paste, appropriate amount of pepper, stir well

Tips:
If you don’t like spicy food, you can replace the bean paste with five-spice powder. When frying in the pan, start to shape the peanuts on a high fire and then fry them on a low fire. (Otherwise, the skin on the outside will be battered, and the peanuts inside are still half-baked.
