Crispy Fried Pork Cutlet

Wash the large ribs, sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

Two eggs beaten, bread crumbs, flour ready

After marinating the large ribs, first coat both sides with flour evenly, then coat with egg liquid, and finally coat with bread crumbs. This is commonly known as: pass the three passes!

Heat the pan into the oil, don’t use too much oil, and think it’s enough for a large row. When the oil temperature is about 70% hot, put it in the processed large row, and wait until the surface of the large row is fried to golden brown. It will conduct heat, and then continue to fry the remaining large rows, during which time the fire can be turned off to a low heat. After standing for 5 minutes, re-fry the pork chops (it only takes a few seconds)

Slice the pork chops, put lettuce on top, sprinkle some seaweed, and enjoy
