Crispy Fried Pork Ribs

The short ribs are marinated with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and barbecue sauce (mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours).

Mix the eggs with starch to form a thick paste.

Pour the mixed egg batter into the ribs bowl and mix well.

Put the oil in the wok and heat it to 50% heat.

Tips:
Choose small ribs. If there is no barbecue sauce, use some salt instead. It is also good to sprinkle cumin chili powder after frying.
