Crispy Grilled Squid Rings

I bought a squid ring directly and removed the black skin on the surface

Rinse with water

Remove the filtered water

Add pepper, salt and a little rice wine, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes

Put a little dry starch at the end

Mix evenly

Dip the starchy squid rings in the egg liquid

A layer of bread crumbs covered in bread crumbs

Place it in a baking tray lined with greased paper
