This is a very simple biscuit. The main ingredient, butter, does not need to be beaten during the operation. As long as it is softened at room temperature, it can be beaten evenly. So for novices, this is an easy-to-operate, easy-to-success biscuit. ~

material:
80g low-gluten flour, 20g high-gluten flour, 100g butter, 50g powdered sugar, 50g hazelnut powder, 1 pinch of salt"

Crispy Hazelnut Biscuits

1. Sift the low powder and high powder into the basin together

2. Then add hazelnut powder, powdered sugar and salt

3. Mix well and set aside

4. After the butter is softened at room temperature, use a manual whisk to beat evenly, just slightly whiten, no need to beat

5. Pour the mixed powder into the butter

6. Mix well with a spatula

7. Weigh 10g dough

8. Knead into a ball and place in a baking tray

9. Then squeeze it with your fingers

10. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for about 15 minutes

11. Just put it out and keep it cool and sealed

Tips:

1. The hazelnut powder in the ingredients can also be replaced by other baking powders such as almond powder~ It's just that the aroma after roasting is different~
3. In order to pursue the same size, I weigh the dough when I divide the dough. If there is no such high requirement, I can take the dough by myself and make it. It looks roughly the same~
