Crispy Hemp Leaves

Add five-spice powder and salt to the flour and mix well

Beat in the eggs

Stir the eggs first, then mix the noodles

When mixing the noodles into spikes, add sesame seeds. I used half of the black and white sesame seeds. The total is 12 grams

You can also flip it in the middle and then fry it

Pour rapeseed oil in the pot and heat it to 50% hot

Tips:
The rapeseed oil I use is yellowish in color. You can also use other edible oils.
