Crispy Intestine Sesame Bun

Weigh all the ingredients;

Wash the crispy sausage and cut it in half. You can use ham sausage or luncheon meat. As long as your family likes the meat, you can try different combinations;

Pour in water, egg liquid, salt, olive oil, flour, yeast and sugar in sequence;

Cover the lid of the bread machine, start the kneading mode for 30 minutes, until the kneading program is over, turn off the power, leave the bread in the bread machine for natural fermentation;

The dough is fermented for about 40 minutes and expanded to 2.5 times its size;

Take out the fermented dough, divide the dough into 6 small doughs, knead until smooth, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes;

Take a small dough, roll it into a beef tongue shape with a rolling pin, and put crispy sausage on the dough;

Roll it up from bottom to top, pinch the seal slightly;

Put the wrapped bread neatly into the baking tray, cover it with plastic wrap and proof it for about 20 minutes;

Remove the plastic wrap and use a knife to make three marks on the surface of the bread. The knife should be sharper. Don't pull the bread back and forth, otherwise the bread will be deformed and unsightly;

Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bread and sprinkle some white sesame seeds;

Put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes at 175 degrees.
