Crispy Lamb Chops

Prepare ingredients: lamb chops that have been washed

Chopped green onions

Marinate the lamb chops with chopped green onions, refined salt and cooking wine

Relax the oil in the frying pan, drain the lamb, and fry on low heat until cooked

Re-fry on high heat to get out of the pot, sprinkle with cumin noodles and chili noodles
Tips:
1. The lamb chops should be marinated for the bottom taste, the green onions and the cumin after ripening can all be mutated
