Crispy Melon Strips

Remove the head and tail of the cucumber, cut all two sections in the middle, split it horizontally, remove the flesh, and cut into small strips.

Put the cucumber strips in a container, add a little salt to marinate for 20 minutes, add 20 grams of vinegar and 20 sugar (sweet and sour according to your own taste) to marinate for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After marinating, pour out the vinegar, fry a chili oil, pour it over and stir evenly and put on a plate.
