Crispy Milk

Pour milk, sugar and starch into the pot and stir evenly

Heat on low heat, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat into a paste.

Pour the milk paste into a container and send it to the refrigerator to freeze.

After 2 hours, take out the milk cake and cut into strips. Stir the flour with water to form a paste. It must be a sticky batter.

Put oil in the pot and heat to layer 7,8 oil temperature. Wrap the milk cake strips in batter, fry them in the pan until the skin becomes crispy, remove them, and drain the oil.

Eat while it's hot.
Tips:
The milk cake is too tender and melts when fried in the pan, so it needs to be frozen into chunks and then fried. The batter for the dough should be thick.
