In our north, steamed buns are the most common staple food, and steamed buns are eaten almost every day. If you eat steamed buns, you may not be sure that there will be some leftovers that day. How can we make this bland leftover steamed buns our favorite snack? Today, I changed it into a crispy milk-flavored steamed bun. It is very sweet, crunchy, sweet, and full of milky flavor. It can be used as a snack, afternoon snack or breakfast.

Crispy Milk-flavored Steamed Buns

1. Cut the leftover steamed buns into small pieces, and melt the butter into liquid form (you can use a microwave oven to heat it, or it can be heated in water)

2. Coat each piece of steamed bun with butter evenly, put it in the microwave, heat it on medium heat until the surface is slightly burnt (the specific heating time depends on the power of the microwave, my house is 800W, I used it for 3 minutes)

3. After taking out the steamed buns, sprinkle a layer of sugar on it while it is hot, and mix well.
