Crispy Milk-flavored Steamed Buns

Cut the leftover steamed buns into small pieces, and melt the butter into liquid form (you can use a microwave oven to heat it, or it can be heated in water)

Coat each piece of steamed bun with butter evenly, put it in the microwave, heat it on medium heat until the surface is slightly burnt (the specific heating time depends on the power of the microwave, my house is 800W, I used it for 3 minutes)

After taking out the steamed buns, sprinkle a layer of sugar on it while it is hot, and mix well.
