Crispy Nine Belly Fish

Wash the nine belly fish to remove the internal organs, cut off the head and tail, fins, and drain the water.

Add pepper, lemon juice, salt and marinate for half an hour, then pat some starch.

Put flour, egg white, starch, oil, and salt water in a bowl and stir to form a paste.
