Tofu Grilled Nine Belly Fish

Remove the head and intestines of the nine-belly fish and wash it, and marinate it with green onions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, and pepper.

Put the diced silk tofu and boil, add seasoning, appropriate amount of sugar, salt and pepper

Then use starch 芶芡 and it’s ok

Serve it on a plate, sprinkle chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil and enjoy~
